The Muckleford Cricket Club proudly supports and adopts the Mount Alexander Shire Council Fair Access Policy. This policy promotes fair, respectful, and inclusive access to community sporting facilities and participation opportunities for everyone.
As a community club, we are committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for players, volunteers, members, and supporters. We believe cricket should be accessible to people of all genders, ages, abilities, cultural backgrounds, and identities.
Muckleford Cricket Club supports equal opportunities for participation in all aspects of the game, including playing, coaching, volunteering, and leadership roles. We encourage the involvement of women and girls, men and boys, gender-diverse people, and people with disability, and we aim to ensure everyone has fair access to facilities, training opportunities, and club activities.
By adopting the Fair Access Policy, the club demonstrates its commitment to promoting respect, fairness, and inclusion across all levels of the club. We will continue to work with Mount Alexander Shire Council and the broader community to support equitable access to cricket and community sport.
